Paytm Deposit Failed But Money Deducted

I am writing about a deposit problem I experienced today with my Dm Win account (UID: 2094***). I deposited ₹1000 through Paytm and the payment was completed from my side, but in Dm Win it is showing as failed and the amount has not been credited to my game balance. There is no proper customer support showing in the Dm Win application, so I have not been able to reach anyone to resolve this issue. The money has already left my Paytm account, but I am unable to use it in Dm Win, and there is no clear guidance on what to do next. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my missing ₹1000 either be credited to my Dm Win account or refunded back to my Paytm account as soon as possible. I also request that information be provided on why the deposit shows as failed despite successful payment.
