Media Markt Delivered A Defective Siemens Fridge And Has Not Replaced It

I purchased a Siemens refrigerator from MediaMarkt’s online store under the name Şelale Soğut, and it was delivered on May 23. During the delivery, the installation team opened the packaging, and we immediately noticed that the refrigerator had damage in multiple areas. The product was clearly defective upon arrival.

Since that day, we have been unable to use a refrigerator at all, meaning our household has now been without a working fridge for nine days. From the day of delivery, we have contacted MediaMarkt eight times and Siemens four times in an effort to resolve this issue.

Siemens informed us that MediaMarkt is responsible for handling the matter, while MediaMarkt continues to tell us that we must wait due to internal procedures. Despite all of these calls and follow-ups, no concrete solution has been provided, and the damaged refrigerator has neither been replaced nor refunded.

I am requesting that this clearly damaged Siemens refrigerator purchased through MediaMarkt Online be either fully refunded or replaced with a brand-new, undamaged unit as soon as possible, without any further delays. I also expect this case to be treated as a priority, considering that we have been left without a refrigerator for days through no fault of our own.
