Deposit Not Added to Game Wallet

I made a deposit of ₹5000 to my 91 Game wallet on 17 May 2026 at around 7:08 p.m. using Paytm via UPI (UTR: 613567315427). The amount has been debited from my Paytm account, but it has still not been credited to my 91 Game wallet. This situation is causing me inconvenience because my money is stuck even though the payment shows as completed on my side. I request that this ₹5000 transaction be checked urgently and that the amount be credited to my 91 Game wallet as soon as possible, or otherwise I should be informed clearly about the status of this payment. I am sharing the UTR number and payment details so that the issue can be traced quickly and resolved without further delay.
