Paytm Deposits not Credited Despite Multiple Requests

I am using the 4rabet application and I am facing a serious problem with two deposits that have still not been credited to my account. I deposited 1,000 rupees on 27 May and another 1,000 rupees on 5 June through Paytm, but as of today neither of these deposits has been added to my 4rrebat balance. After noticing that the money was not credited, I contacted 4rabet support. They replied that they are working with the provider on my deposits and that it will take time for the money to be added. However, a considerable amount of time has already passed since both deposits and my funds are still not visible in my account, which is causing me concern and inconvenience. I request that my two deposits of 1,000 rupees each, made on 27 May and 5 June via Paytm, be immediately credited to my 4rabet account or that my money be refunded without any further delay, and that I be given clear information about the status of these transactions.
