Paytm Deposit Not Credited To 4rabet Account

I made a deposit of 44,999.91 INR to my 4rabet account on 7th February 2026 via UPI from my ICICI Bank account, using Paytm with transaction ID 396871630334. Despite the payment being successfully completed on my side, the amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet account. When I contacted 4rabet support, I was informed that the payment had not been received. However, I have the receiver’s bank statement clearly showing that the payment was credited to 4rabet’s account, which directly contradicts the response I received from support. Since the date of the transaction, I have been continuously following up with 4rabet to get this issue resolved, but the problem remains and my balance has not been updated. I request that the payment of 44,999.91 INR be promptly located and either credited to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my bank account or wallet without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of how such a discrepancy occurred despite proof of successful credit to the receiver’s bank.
