4rabet UPI Deposit Not Credited to Account

I made a deposit through the 4rabet app that has still not been credited to my account. On 28/04/2026 at around 10:34, I deposited 1000 INR via UPI using Paytm, but the amount has not appeared in my 4rabet balance. The payment was successfully completed on my side and I have a UPI/Paytm transaction reference: T2604281033580468136766 and another related reference/ID: 260429YW45A7C50062303048. Since the money has left my Paytm/UPI but has not been reflected in the 4rabet app, I believe this is a technical issue on the app or payment processing side. I also have proof of the successful payment that I can share if required. I request that my missing 1000 INR deposit be immediately located and credited to my 4rabet wallet, or alternatively that the same amount be refunded back to my original Paytm/UPI payment method as soon as possible.
