Game Deposit Missing After Successful Paytm Payment

I made a deposit to my BDG Game account via Paytm on 3 June 2026, but the money has still not been credited to my account. The transaction reference number is 207563603781 and the amount I deposited is 5,000. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem with BDG Game, and the balance simply has not appeared. After noticing that the deposit was not received, I contacted both BDG Game and Paytm customer support, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of feedback and the missing funds are causing me serious concern. I request that my 5,000 deposit be either immediately credited to my BDG Game account or refunded back to my Paytm account, along with a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why I did not receive any timely response.
