Mango Order Remains in Confirmation Status After Five Days

On May 31, 2026, I purchased a dress from Mango’s online store for my daughter’s upcoming ceremony.

On the same day that I placed the order, I noticed that the purchase was not appearing properly in the order history section of my account. Concerned about the issue, I contacted Mango customer service the following day. I was told that I could track the order using the order number provided and that there was no problem with the purchase.

Despite these assurances, five days have now passed and the order status still shows only “confirmed.” There has been no progress beyond this stage, and I have not been given any clear information regarding whether the product will actually be shipped.

During this period, I contacted customer service by phone twice to seek clarification. During my most recent conversation, I was informed that there was a system error and that I would receive additional information by email. However, no email has ever been sent, and I have received no follow-up communication regarding the issue.

This ongoing uncertainty is extremely frustrating, especially because the dress was purchased for an important event. I am also hesitant to cancel the order because there is no clear information about how long a refund would take, and I do not want to risk being left without either the dress or my money before the ceremony.

As a customer, I expect clear communication and reliable service, particularly when purchasing an item for a time-sensitive occasion. The lack of updates, the unresolved system issue, and the absence of promised communication have created unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I respectfully request that Mango immediately process and prepare my order for shipment and provide a clear written explanation regarding the delay.

I also request confirmation of the current status of the order, the reason it remains stuck in the confirmation stage, and the expected shipping date so that I can plan accordingly.

I look forward to receiving prompt action and a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.
