UPI Transfer Debited but Money Never Reached the Receiver

I made a UPI transfer of ₹500 through Paytm on the 2nd of this month from my Bank of Baroda account. The amount has not been credited to the receiver, and the money is neither visible in my account nor received on the other side. The transaction ID of this failed or pending transfer is T2606021023394621374934. Despite the transaction being debited from my account, the amount has still not been settled correctly. I am worried about the safety of my money and the delay in resolution. I request that this ₹500 be immediately reversed and refunded back to my own bank account linked with Paytm, or the transaction be resolved at the earliest. I also request written confirmation of the action taken on this transaction ID T2606021023394621374934.
