I Never Received a Confirmation Email for My Mango Order
On May 31, 2026, I placed an order through the Mango online store. The payment was successfully charged to my bank account, and I can locate the order using the "My Purchases > Guest Purchase" section of the website. My order number is F4MRZQ.
However, despite the payment being successfully processed, the order does not appear in the "My Purchases" section of my registered Mango account. In addition, I never received an order confirmation email. I have carefully checked my inbox, spam folder, and junk mail folders, but there is no email related to this order.
Because the order is not visible within my account and no confirmation email was sent, I am concerned that the purchase may not have been correctly linked to my customer profile. This creates uncertainty regarding the status of the order and whether it will be processed properly.
I contacted Mango customer service regarding the issue and was informed that there was a system-related problem. However, despite being told that the order originated from within Turkey, it still has not been shipped. Other than acknowledging a technical issue, no clear explanation or solution has been provided.
As a customer, I expect my completed purchases to appear correctly in my account and for order confirmation emails to be sent immediately after payment is accepted. The lack of visibility and communication makes it difficult to track the order and creates unnecessary concern.
I respectfully request that Mango urgently link order number F4MRZQ to my registered account, investigate why the confirmation email was never delivered, and provide a clear explanation regarding the issue.
I also request that my order be processed and shipped as soon as possible and that I receive proper updates regarding its status.
