Return My Money to My Bank Account

I recently used the Mera 5k application and deposited 5,000 rupees to my Mera 5k wallet through Paytm UPI from my bank account linked to the mobile number 6005422***. The amount of 5,000 rupees has been debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Mera 5k wallet. Earlier, I had also deposited 1,500 rupees into the same application, and that amount has still not been credited to my wallet till today. Because of these repeated problems with missing deposits, I no longer trust this application and I do not want any money to remain in the Mera 5k wallet. I clearly request that the 5,000 rupees which have just been debited be immediately refunded directly to my bank account and not added to my wallet. I also ask you to check and resolve the earlier missing 1,500 rupees. I further request that you inform me in writing by which exact date you will refund my 5,000 rupees to my bank account. If my 5,000 rupees are not returned to my bank account as soon as possible, I will go to the concerned authorities and take the matter further.
