Mango Delayed My Order Beyond the Advertised Delivery Time

On May 7, I purchased a product through Mango’s official online store. At the time of purchase, the website clearly stated that the maximum delivery period would be 21 days. However, today marks the 25th day since I placed the order, and my product has still not been delivered.
My order number is F3HFES.
As the delivery deadline passed, I attempted to contact Mango customer service to obtain information about the status of my order. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone who could provide assistance or meaningful information regarding the delay. Despite my efforts, I have not received a clear explanation about where my order is or when it can be expected to arrive.
What is particularly disappointing is not only that the promised delivery timeframe has been exceeded, but also that there has been a lack of communication throughout the process. As a customer, I relied on the delivery estimate provided at the time of purchase, and I believe I should be informed when there are unexpected delays.
The combination of the missed delivery commitment and the inability to obtain information from customer service has caused frustration and disappointment. Customers should not be left uncertain about the status of orders that have already exceeded the advertised delivery period.
I respectfully request that Mango provide a clear explanation regarding the delay affecting order F3HFES, including the current status and location of the shipment, as well as an updated delivery estimate.
In addition, I would appreciate a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused by both the delay and the lack of communication. I also request that Mango improve transparency in similar situations so that customers receive timely updates when delivery schedules cannot be met.
