Big Dady Colour Prediction Needs To Refund My Failed Paytm Payment

I made a deposit of ₹3,000 on 12 May 2026 to my Big dady colour prediction gaming account through UPI using Paytm.

Although the payment was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, the money has still not been credited to my gaming account balance on the platform. At the moment, the amount is missing even though the transaction from my side was completed successfully.

This situation has caused me significant stress and concern because my money has been deducted, but I have neither received the balance in my gaming account nor any clear information about the status of the transaction.

I kindly request that the ₹3,000 be refunded back to my Paytm account as soon as possible, or that the issue be urgently resolved by correctly crediting the amount to my Big dady colour prediction account so that I do not suffer any financial loss.

I also request a clear explanation regarding why the deposit failed to appear despite the successful payment.
