I Still Haven’t Received My Mango Order After the Expected Delivery Date
On April 30, I placed order number F3470D through Mango’s online store. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery date displayed in the system was June 1. However, as of today, I still have not received any of the products included in my order, and I am unable to see any meaningful progress regarding the shipment.
In an effort to understand the situation, I contacted both Mango customer service and the shipping provider. I was informed that there were issues related to customs clearance. While I understand that international shipments may occasionally experience delays, the length of this delay has become unreasonable.
Because the order has been delayed for such an extended period, I expected Mango to take proactive steps to resolve the issue or at least provide some form of assistance, compensation, or detailed explanation. Instead, I was repeatedly told that there was nothing that could be done. This response is disappointing and does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a global retail brand.
Another difficulty has been the lack of an accessible and effective complaint channel. It has been challenging to obtain clear information, and I have not received any detailed written explanation regarding the exact status of my order.
I have been waiting for this shipment for a considerable amount of time, and the continued reference to customs issues without any visible progress or resolution is frustrating. As a customer, I deserve accurate information regarding where my package is located, what specific issue is causing the delay, and when I can realistically expect delivery.
I respectfully request that Mango urgently investigate order number F3470D, take the necessary steps to resolve any customs-related problems, and ensure that my order is delivered as soon as possible.
In addition, I request a clear written update explaining the current location of the shipment, the reason for the delay, and the actions being taken to complete the delivery.
I expect prompt communication and a concrete solution so that this matter can finally be resolved.
