Samsung S25 Ultra Camera Focusing Problem

I purchased a Samsung S25 Ultra by pre-order from the Samsung Shop and have been experiencing a constant camera focusing problem for the last three months. The camera fails to focus properly in all conditions, which significantly affects my ability to use the device as intended, especially for photography and daily use. I contacted Samsung customer service about this issue, and I was directed to a technical service. However, the authorized service is too far from my location and, due to time constraints, I am unable to take the device there in person. Because the problem is persistent and clearly a defect that severely reduces the quality of the product, I do not find this situation acceptable in a premium device such as the S25 Ultra. I kindly request that my device be replaced with a new, fault-free Samsung S25 Ultra without requiring me to personally visit a distant technical service. I expect Samsung to provide a practical solution, such as device replacement via courier, so that this issue can be resolved quickly and without causing me further loss of time.
