Deposit Successful but Game Balance Not Updated

I made a payment of Rs. 2000 through Paytm for the Jalwa game to be credited to my Jalwa game ID 5595***. The payment was processed via Airtel Payments Bank and I received a successful transaction message with UPI Reference No. 307301887036, and the message clearly stated that Rs. 2000.00 was debited from my Airtel Payments Bank account with Transaction ID 307301887036 and the remaining balance was Rs. 1.71. Although the transaction shows as successful and the amount has been debited from my Airtel Payments Bank account, the Rs. 2000 has not been credited to my Jalwa game account. I have not received any refund either, so currently my money is stuck even though the payment status is successful. I have tried to get support, but so far I have received no response. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that the Rs. 2000 either be immediately credited to my Jalwa game ID or handled in coordination with the Jalwa game team so that the amount reaches my game account without any further delay.
