My Tashanwin Wallet Is Missing a ₹10,000 Deposit Made Through Paytm

On 3 June 2026, I deposited ₹10,000 as a game deposit to my Tashanwin account using UPI via Paytm at around 12:36. The payment was successfully completed from my side, and the amount was debited from my account with UPI reference number UTR 307319248766 as proof of the transaction. However, despite the successful payment, the amount has still not been credited to my Tashanwin game wallet. I first submitted a complaint through the Tashanwin app regarding this missing credit, but my request was rejected with the note that the payment was not received. After this, I contacted Tashanwin support again through the in‑app chat, yet the issue still remains unresolved and my game wallet balance has not been updated. Since the money has clearly been deducted from my account and I have previously made successful deposits on Tashanwin without any problem, I find this situation unacceptable. I request that my ₹10,000 deposit be urgently checked using the UPI reference number UTR 307319248766 and immediately credited to my Tashanwin game wallet, or that a clear and detailed explanation be provided as to why the payment is being shown as not received even though it is successful and debited from my side.
