Deposit Missing After Successful Paytm UPI Payment

I deposited 5,000 rupees into my 91 Game wallet using Paytm UPI on 30 May 2026 at around 7:15 pm. The amount was debited from my Paytm account with UPI UTR 615050024501 but it has neither been credited to my 91 Game wallet nor refunded back to my Paytm account. I raised a complaint to 91 Game support yesterday, but my complaint was rejected. I submitted another complaint, and that was also rejected without resolving the issue, even though the money has been deducted from my account. I request that my 5,000 rupees be urgently credited to my 91 Game wallet and that this matter be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
