Tashan Win Did Not Credit My ₹10,000 Paytm Deposit

I made a deposit of 10,000 to my Tashan Win game wallet today via Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited to my wallet balance. There was no error on the Paytm side and the payment was completed, yet it is not reflected in my Tashan Win account. I tried to reach Tashan Win customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of feedback and the fact that such a large amount has not appeared in my wallet is causing me serious concern. I request that the 10,000 I deposited via Paytm today be urgently and correctly credited to my Tashan Win game wallet and that I be informed about the reason for this delay.
