I Face Poor Suction and Debris Leakage With My Bosch Unlimited 7 Vacuum

Around three months ago, I purchased a Bosch BCS712ATR Unlimited 7 cordless vacuum cleaner (grey, double battery) from the Media Markt store in Van. There was no problem at first, however about one month after purchase the vacuum started to throw all the dust and dirt back out. It cannot even vacuum and keep something as light as bagel sesame in the dust container and continuously spits the dirt out instead of collecting it. Since this problem started, I have called the authorized Bosch service many times by phone. Each time I clearly explained that the vacuum does not keep the dirt in the dust container and that it is not functioning as expected. However, I was repeatedly told that this was “normal” and that the device does not pick up “heavy things”, and the calls were ended without opening a record, without inviting me to service, and without any inspection or solution-oriented step. I have not been given any registration number or guidance to bring or send the product to service. I now experience this problem in every single use, which means I cannot efficiently use a product that I bought as a new Bosch cordless vacuum. My trust in the Bosch brand and its products has been seriously damaged due to both the malfunction of the product and the uninterested and unhelpful attitude of the service, and I feel victimized. I consider the product to be defective because a vacuum cleaner that cannot even vacuum and retain light dirt such as sesame in the dust container does not fulfill its basic function. I kindly request that my product be examined by Bosch as soon as possible and that the fault be completely resolved so that the same problem does not occur again. If necessary, I request that my victimization be resolved promptly by replacing the product so that I can use a properly functioning Bosch vacuum cleaner.

The service called saying that for the product purchased three months ago, a part replacement will be done at a cost. This is unacceptable; you cannot offer a paid repair for a defective product. I absolutely do not accept it, I will announce this on all social media platforms, such a loss of quality is intolerable.
