4Ra Bet Deposit Not Credited After ₹4,500 Paytm UPI Payment

I deposited ₹4,500 into my 4Ra Bet account on March 18, 2026, using Paytm UPI from India. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and the Paytm transaction status shows as successful. However, to this day, the amount has not been credited to my 4Ra Bet account.

I contacted 4Ra Bet customer support and raised a complaint. They responded by saying that they did not receive the money and that the payment appears as failed on their side. However, from my side, the transaction is clearly successful, and my bank has also confirmed that the amount was transferred successfully.

This situation has left me stuck, with the money neither in my bank account nor in my 4Ra Bet wallet. I request that 4Ra Bet urgently resolve this issue by either crediting the ₹4,500 to my gaming account or refunding the full amount back to my bank account. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and how such issues will be prevented in the future.
