Bdgwin Paytm Deposit Successful But Balance Not Updated

I am writing regarding a problem with my deposit on the Bdgwin website. On 17 March 2026, I made a deposit of 5000 via Paytm UPI, and the amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account. However, the deposit has still not been credited to my Bdgwin account. When I contacted Bdgwin customer support, I received inconsistent answers. Sometimes they say they have not received the money, and other times they say that my deposit is under review. Despite this, the payment status on my side clearly shows as successful, yet my Bdgwin balance has not been updated. I am using Bdgwin from India and I am not requesting a refund, because the payment has already gone through. I simply want my 5000 deposit to be credited correctly to my Bdgwin account as soon as possible and the issue to be resolved without any further delay.
