I Sent ₹6,000 via Paytm but It’s Missing from Parimatch

On April 18, 2026, at around 8:51 PM, I deposited ₹6,000 on the Parimatch web platform using Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and I have both the Paytm transaction receipt and my bank statement as proof. However, the money did not reflect in my Parimatch wallet after the transaction.

In the Paytm receipt, the payment appears to have been sent to an individual name via a UPI ID, and there is no mention of Parimatch as the recipient organization. Despite this, I trusted the process because I have used the same payment method through your platform multiple times before without any issues. The transaction reference number for this payment is 647476296006.

After noticing that the deposit was not credited, I contacted Parimatch customer support, but I have not received any helpful response or resolution so far.

I request that the ₹6,000 from this transaction be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred, even though the payment was successfully processed on my side.
