Paytm BDG WIN Did Not Credit My ₹25,000 in Confirmed Paytm and UPI Deposits

I am facing a serious deposit issue involving my Paytm account and the BDG WIN platform under UID 6126059. Funds have been deducted from my Paytm and UPI accounts, but they have not been credited to my BDG WIN balance.

On April 22, 2026, at approximately 1:45 AM, I made a deposit of ₹10,000 from Paytm to BDG WIN UID 6126059. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but it was never credited to my BDG WIN balance. The transaction details for this deposit are Order ID RC2026042201435773054767b and UTR 204522107167.

Later that same day, on April 22, 2026, at approximately 9:46 PM, I made another deposit of ₹10,000 from Paytm to the same BDG WIN account. Once again, the funds were deducted from my Paytm account but were not added to my BDG WIN balance. The transaction details for this deposit are Order ID RC2026042221432885742401a and UTR 301263049789.

On April 27, 2026, at approximately 10:46 PM, I made a third deposit of ₹5,000 through PhonePe/UPI to the same BDG WIN UID. This amount was also deducted successfully but never credited to my account. The transaction details are Order ID RC2026042722454127125124c, UTR 891787178529, and UPI Reference T2604272246137273999447. The payment was sent to the UPI ID sumer.***@ybl.

In total, ₹25,000 has been deducted from my Paytm and UPI payment methods, but none of these funds have been credited to my BDG WIN UID 6126059. I have screenshots, payment confirmations, QR records, and transaction proof for all three deposits and can provide them whenever requested.

I respectfully request that BDG WIN urgently investigate these transactions using the Order IDs, UTR numbers, and UPI reference provided above. I ask that the missing funds be immediately credited to my BDG WIN account or refunded back to my original payment methods without any further delay.

I also request a detailed written explanation regarding the status of these transactions and a prompt resolution. This is my hard-earned money, and the failure to credit confirmed payments has caused significant stress, inconvenience, and concern.
