Please Refund My Money Fast

I made a payment of ₹2,000 from my SBI–Paytm account to my Parimatch account on 26 May, but the money was debited from my bank and has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. The transaction reference number shown in my history is 207003605108. Since this incident, I have been waiting for the amount to either be credited to my Parimatch account or reversed back to my SBI/Paytm balance, but there has been no resolution. I have tried to get a response regarding this issue, yet I have not received any clear reply or solution so far. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that my ₹2,000 be either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment source as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear update in writing on the status and outcome of this transaction investigation.
