I Face Missing Stake Scanner Deposit After Paytm UPI Transaction

I use Paytm with my HDFC Bank account to deposit money directly into Stake Scanner. Today, at around 5:55 PM, I deposited ₹500 using UPI, but the amount was not credited to my Stake Scanner account. The UPI reference number for this transaction is 204562464552. This is not the first time I have faced this issue. In total, approximately ₹2,500 of my deposits have not been credited, even though the money was successfully deducted from my bank account.
I have proof and complete transaction details for all of these failed credits, but I have not received any response from Paytm, HDFC Bank, or Stake Scanner regarding these missing amounts. I am extremely disappointed that this same issue has occurred three times without any proper support or resolution.
I am requesting that the total amount of ₹2,500 (including this latest ₹500 transaction and the previous uncredited deposits) be refunded directly to my HDFC Bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation as to why these deposits were not credited and assurance that this issue will not happen again in the future.
