"My refund was eventually processed, but the experience was very disappointing. The process took far too long, communication was poor, and ı was repeatedly told to "wait" without any Clear timeframe. Because of the delay, ı had to purchase new tickets with my own Money. I appreciate that the refund was finally completed, but the customer service and handling of the situation need significant improvement."
