Megapari Is Delaying My Withdrawal!
On August 27, 2025, at 01:28, I made a withdrawal of ₺65,000 from my Megapari account via Papara. My Papara account number is: 1358383***. However, despite several days passing since the transaction, the money has not been transferred to my account. In the Megapari system, the transaction appears as "completed." I have reported the issue to customer service multiple times, but each time I received the same copy-paste message telling me to wait 12 hours, and I was continuously delayed. I also reached out via email, but received no response. Despite sending my account statements three times, I still received no answer. When I spoke to a customer representative, Mr. T*** over the phone, instead of assisting me, he spoke sarcastically and simply said, "The issue is on our end," without providing any solution. In the end, he hung up on me. I have withdrawn money using the same method without issues in the past, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem. I demand that my money be transferred to my Papara account immediately.
