Zwilling Vacuum Sealer Stopped Working

I just bought a Zwilling vacuum sealer from Enplus. After realizing that it wasn't doing its job of vacuuming, I decided to send it in for servicing. They said it wasn't covered by the warranty because of water damage and recommended a ₺1060 repair. I mentioned that I utilize the machine alongside glass storage containers, ensuring that water cannot infiltrate. They promised to review it again, but we haven't heard back yet. I kindly request that my concern be carefully reviewed for a comprehensive reassessment. If there is a mention of water damage, it suggests that the vacuum sealer may be allowing water to enter while sealing glass containers. This issue should still be covered under warranty.
