I received a Zwilling product with defects out of the box, how is this resolved?

If your Zwilling product arrived defective, the correct resolution depends on how quickly you act, because they treat “out-of-the-box defects” as a priority case.
You must contact them within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging, as this is required for damaged or incorrect items.
In most cases, you’ll be offered a return, exchange, or replacement, but only after getting a Return Authorization (RA).
If approved, you send the item back and they process a refund or replacement, typically within their return window.
