My Electrolux dryer broke down three months ago. When I called the service, they said the repairs weren't covered under warranty. After a month, I called the service again, and they tried to charge me 3,800 TL for cleaning, which was way more than they should. Electrolux confirmed the actual cost was 1,600 TL. Finally, they agreed to do the repairs for free, but it's been over three months. They keep making excuses. The service seems more interested in money than fixing my machine. I'm frustrated and considering legal action if they don't resolve this soon.
