purchased a Vestel washing machine in good faith, believing that it was a quality product that would last for many years. However, after only a short period of time, the rubber seal on the machine became damaged.

I contacted Vestel customer service to request a repair under the warranty, but they refused to help me. They claimed that the damage to the rubber seal was caused by user error and that it was not covered by the warranty.

I am very disappointed with Vestel's response to my complaint. I am a conscientious user and I always follow the manufacturer's instructions. I am confident that the damage to the rubber seal was not caused by user error. I have since learned that many other Vestel customers have experienced similar problems with the rubber seal on their washing machines. This suggests that there is a design flaw with the product.

I am calling on Vestel to recall all of the affected washing machines and to offer free repairs to customers who have been affected. I am also planning to file a complaint with the Turkish Consumer Protection Agency.
