Zwilling Twin Nova Cookware Sticking and Burning from First Use

I purchased the Zwilling Twin Nova 9-piece cookware set from Bernardo in 2020 for my dowry, but I only recently started using it. From the very first use, I have experienced constant sticking and burning in all pots, no matter what dish I cook. Even though I wash them by hand and follow all care instructions, the problem continues.

I have not contacted customer service yet, and I do not have the receipt or warranty card. However, since the product is essentially unusable in this condition, I am requesting a replacement from Zwilling. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved.
