Zwilling Vacuum-Seal Lids Fail to Work Properly Within a Year

I purchased Zwilling vacuum-seal lids less than a year ago, and they no longer work as expected. The accordion-style lids fail to maintain a vacuum seal—they either pop open within ten minutes or don’t seal at all. Despite following care instructions and never washing them in the dishwasher, the product's performance has significantly deteriorated.

For such an expensive product, this is incredibly disappointing. I trusted Zwilling’s reputation for quality but have been let down by this issue. I expect a brand like Zwilling to stand behind its products and resolve this problem by offering a replacement or repair. Please address this complaint promptly, as this level of quality is unacceptable for the price paid.
