Zwilling Fresh & Save Vacuum Bags Fail to Hold Seal
Last year, I excitedly purchased multiple sets of Zwilling Fresh & Save vacuum storage containers in various sizes, along with the vacuum sealing device, for my trousseau. Three months ago, I got married and recently began using the product. To my disappointment, I noticed the vacuum bags are not functioning as promised.
After sealing food and placing the bags in the fridge, I noticed the vacuum seal releases, allowing air inside. My food is exposed to air and spoils quickly. Initially, the bags conform to the shape of the food when vacuumed, but even before placing them in the fridge, the seal fails, and air fills the bag.
Considering the cost and my excitement about these products, this is highly disappointing. I attempted to contact customer service but received no response. I am unsure how to proceed, but the vacuum bags are not fulfilling their intended purpose. I urgently request a resolution to this issue, as the product is clearly defective.
