About a week ago, I purchased a Zwilling Vitality cookware set from the Enplus website. After just one use, the bottom of the pots began to show signs of damage and peeling, as seen in the attached photos.

I’m requesting assistance in resolving this issue, as the product clearly isn’t holding up as expected. I would appreciate it if Enplus or Zwilling could address this defect and provide a suitable solution to resolve my dissatisfaction with the purchase.

Here is the translation of the text from Turkish to English:

"The Zwiling Vitality cookware set we purchased from the website named Enplus showed peeling and color change on the bottom after the first use. A defective product like this should definitely not be sold. When I researched, I saw that there are many complaints of this kind, and they should have foreseen this and withdrawn the product from sale to protect their customers. I will return the product and definitely do not want an exchange; I want a refund."
