I Bought a Zwilling EcoQuick II Pressure Cooker but the Lid Doesn’t Seal or Build Pressure

68

I recently purchased the Zwilling EcoQuick II 7-liter pressure cooker, and I’m completely disappointed. The lid does not fit properly, so it fails to seal—and as a result, it never builds pressure. After just a few uses, the inside of the lid also darkened and tarnished, which is shocking from a brand known for its high-quality stainless steel. I specifically chose Zwilling and paid a premium (₺) because of its reputation for excellence. What I got instead is a faulty and potentially dangerous kitchen appliance. I contacted the company and they told me to send it to their technical service. No—I don’t want it repaired. I want a full refund. It’s only been a few weeks since I bought it. If they refuse my return request, I’ll take this to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Zwilling, stand by your name and fix this now.
