I purchased a Zwilling vacuum machine on March 11, 2022. On August 28, 2023, the body of the machine developed a crack despite never experiencing any impact. I sent it for repair, and they replaced the body and returned it to me. However, on October 3, 2024, the machine's body cracked again in the same place, once more without any external impact. This time, since the warranty had expired, they asked me to pay for the repair. When I refused, they sent the product back without fixing it. Given that the machine’s value hasn’t depreciated much, it seems unreasonable to pay nearly half its cost each year to repair a recurring issue. I request that Zwilling address this problem under warranty or provide a more permanent solution.
