I Face Zwilling Pressure Cooker Not Building Pressure Problem
I have been using my Zwilling AirControl pressure cooker for about two years. Over the past 1–2 months, I have been experiencing a serious performance issue. During cooking, the double pressure indicator lines, which are supposed to rise, do not move at all. As a result, sufficient pressure does not build inside the cooker, and the food does not cook properly. Even though I use the cooker at most once a week, I have encountered this same issue every time recently.
I purchased the product through Amazon. Despite checking the lid, gasket, and safety valve, I have not noticed any visible damage, wear, or missing parts. However, the pressure cooker is not functioning as intended. Due to safety concerns, I am now hesitant to continue using the product.
I request that my issue be reviewed as soon as possible and that an appropriate solution—such as repair, part replacement, or product replacement—be provided. I also expect to be informed about the outcome of the evaluation.
