Zwilling Knife Set Broke During Second Use

I purchased two Zwilling knife sets from a store on 21/09/24 (receipt attached). Shockingly, one of the knives broke during its second use while cutting cheese (photo attached). I returned the knives to the store, where they assured me the product would be sent to Zwilling for evaluation. However, I received a response from Zwilling stating that such issues can naturally occur with steel products, and they returned the broken knife without resolution.
When I consulted with repair professionals, I was informed that the knife had a steel defect. This level of quality and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a brand like Zwilling.
I request an immediate resolution to this issue, either through replacement or repair, to address the inconvenience caused by this defective product.
