I Face Ballarini Pan Handle Breaking Twice and Request Refund


On April 4, 2025, I purchased a Ballarini brand frying pan from the Zwilling store at Akasya Mall in Istanbul as part of my dowry shopping. The red part of the handle—the mechanism used to detach the handle—broke once before, and the store replaced the product at that time. However, even though I don’t cook very often at home, the same part broke again on the replacement pan after only 5–6 uses.
During the first incident, the store was able to locate my receipt in their system and process a replacement, but I currently do not have any physical documentation. Since I have experienced the same issue twice with very minimal use, I believe the product is defective. At this point, I am no longer requesting another replacement; instead, I am asking for a full refund. I kindly request that the product be inspected and, if deemed appropriate, that my payment be refunded and that I be assisted with resolving this recurring issue.

I still haven't received any support; because of them I will have to go from Pendik to Acıbadem.
