High-Quality Zwilling Knife Cracked in Under a Year
I purchased a Zwilling ALL Star series chef’s knife about 11 months ago from the Zwilling store. I used the knife to cut vegetables, meat, and fish. However, while cutting fish recently, a crack appeared on the blade.
I did not keep the receipt. After the issue occurred, I contacted the Zwilling store, but they informed me that cracks or breaks in knives are not covered under warranty and that they could not assist me.
I chose this product because it is known for being durable and high-quality, so experiencing such a problem has been disappointing. I am requesting a replacement for the product and ask that my issue be resolved.
