Zwilling Kettle Cracked While Boiling, Customer Safety at Risk

I experienced a concerning incident when my Zwilling brand glass kettle cracked while boiling water. Despite paying three times the normal price for a product from a brand known for its quality, the authorized service informed me that it is out of warranty. This raises serious safety concerns as the kettle, purchased from a reputable company, is now compromised. I am disappointed in the lack of support and assurance from a brand that I expected to stand behind its products.
