I Bought a Zwilling Knife but Its Tip Broke After Just a Few Months of Light Use

I’m extremely disappointed with the Zwilling knife I purchased just a few months ago. I chose this brand because of its reputation for quality and durability—and I paid a significant amount expecting a premium product. Unfortunately, the tip of the knife has already broken despite very minimal and careful use. This kind of damage on a high-end knife is simply unacceptable and seriously damages the trust I had in the Zwilling name. I did not expect a knife in this price range to fail so quickly. I’m requesting that the company either repair or replace the knife and compensate for the inconvenience. Zwilling, if you stand behind your brand, then prove it by resolving this issue promptly.
