I would like to begin by expressing my gratitude for the availability of this platform. I had my Xiaomi POCO X3 Pro phone checked out at an authorized service center to report some issues even though the warranty was only good for another three months. However, they returned the device to me without making any modifications and claimed that there was no issue with it. When I finally got the phone back in the evening, however, the issue was still there. The device enters a frozen condition, and the back of the phone heats up and swells. I would like for this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible and for someone to hand me back my phone. Thank you.
