I purchased a Redmi Note 12 Pro that came with a valid warranty and have now sent it to the service center for the second time, seeking a replacement because of persistent problems. Even though I explicitly requested a device replacement, they just conducted a test and sent the phone back after holding onto it for 13 days. There was a lack of clarity, no solution provided, and absolutely no regard for the time I’ve wasted attempting to resolve this issue. Going through the same cycle twice without receiving any genuine support made me feel overlooked and deeply disappointed. This experience has completely turned me off from Xiaomi, and I truly regret placing my trust in this brand. I wouldn't recommend taking that path again.
