My Xiaomi Redmi 10 Overheats and Battery Swelled in Just 1.5 Years

I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi 10 in 2022, and it has been overheating since day one. Within a year and a half, the battery swelled to the point of almost bursting. The phone eventually stopped working, and when I took it to the service center, they claimed it was user-caused damage and said the repair would cost ₺6,800. I originally bought the phone for ₺5,300. I believe this issue is not user-caused and should be covered under warranty, but I can't get any support from Xiaomi. I've shared images of the phone's condition and will file a complaint if the warranty is not honored. I am very disappointed and will not recommend Xiaomi devices.
