Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro Overheating and Battery Failure

I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 256GB8 from the Carrefour store in Bursa Nilüfer. Within a week of use, the phone began overheating and charging on its own. I took it to the authorized service center, and they said there was no problem with the phone. However, the same problem reappeared just two days later, and I returned it. This time, they acknowledged the issue. They replaced the device, but it didn't last more than 3 hours—it had fast charging issues, unresponsive touch, and went into protection mode. I've only had the new phone for three hours. I have video evidence and returned it to the service center. They claimed the problem had been resolved and asked me to retrieve the phone. I requested another new device, but they refused. I complained to the Carrefour store in Bursa Nilüfer, but they were unhelpful. They simply stated that I could complain wherever I wanted. This irresponsible behavior from a reputable brand is truly disheartening.
