I purchased the Xiaomi Mop 2 Pro robot vacuum on 22.10.23, hoping to simplify my daily cleaning. Unfortunately, within just a few months, the device started showing a persistent “collision sensor error.” Since then, I’ve sent it to service five times. Only on the first occasion did they replace the sensor. On the other four service visits, they claimed, “no issues found,” and returned the vacuum without performing any repairs — even though the problem clearly continued.
On top of that, the robot occasionally fails to charge properly, sometimes taking days to charge or refusing to charge at all. I even paid extra at MediaMarkt for an extended warranty, which now feels like a complete waste of ₺.
For nearly a year, I haven’t been able to use this product at all. It’s exhausting. I don’t have a backup vacuum, and every time I expect guests, I’ve been forced to borrow one from my neighbor. Living in Ankara’s dry and dusty air without a functioning vacuum has made life at home very uncomfortable.
Xiaomi, I never expected this level of neglect from your brand. I’m demanding urgent action and full support to fix or replace this faulty device. I trusted your reputation, but I’ve been left without a solution and extremely dissatisfied. Please take ownership and help resolve this ongoing issue now.
