Xiaomi S10T Robot Vacuum Failed to Clean and Warranty Service Blamed User Error

I purchased a Xiaomi S10T robot vacuum cleaner from Media Markt less than a year ago, and since the day I bought it, the device has been plagued with issues. It constantly experiences mapping errors, gets confused, fails to clean properly, does not mop, spills collected dust, and cannot detect obstacles. Due to these persistent problems, I sent the device to the warranty service through the store where I purchased it on October 29, 2024. On November 21, 2024, the service team, who seem to believe they provide exceptional service, claimed that the malfunction was due to user error and issued a repair fee of ₺8000. Nearly everyone I know who purchased this product shares my regret. I now ask Xiaomi's service team: How can a device marketed as a smart vacuum with self-programming features fail to recognize obstacles, mop, vacuum, or collect trash properly? How can it constantly attempt to clean the wrong areas, end cleaning on its own, or clean arbitrarily despite specific room selections? These issues are clearly not user errors. You need to provide more realistic explanations. Additionally, how can Media Markt simply dismiss this by saying, "The service report indicates this," and try to evade responsibility? Everything sounds perfect when promoting the product, but when it comes to standing behind a faulty product, everyone disappears. This is unacceptable neglect. Xiaomi is a regret. Xiaomi's service is a regret. Media Markt is a regret.
